I proudly introduce our Final Addition to our Nest...

Kalliope Jude Berios

 arrived January 21st, 2011!!

         

Kalliope (Cali-Opey) Jude (Dude) Berios (Bear-i-os) 

Just like her sister and brothers before her, she was a fast labor and perfectly healthy delivery coming at just about the most perfectly convenient time possible :) Yia Yia was in town to take care of the older 3 allowing John and me to totally soak in and "enjoy" our final labor and delivery together worry free. So thankful for that. 

Finding out she's a she and super healthy :) So emotional, excited and overwhelmed with joy all at once :)

We were so excited to find out that we were welcoming another girl into our family, and she definitely suits the name we had decided on as our girl choice: Kalliope--greek for Beautiful Music, in honor of My mother, her Avia, and Jude, her oldest Uncle, one of my all time role models--next to my other 2 brothers and father of course :) 

She came out loud and strong right from the start! Ava, Leo and Maximus are all over joyed being older sibs, and welcomed her into our little--now complete Nest--

with loving, gentle arms and kisses and intrigue :)

Getting all excited and bundled up to enjoy our first Snow Day!! 1 week old :)

We are in search of the perfect animal for her to join in the Little Bird Family of images.  I welcome your suggestions!!  We were thinking since we have air (the Ava Bird), land (Leo the Lion) and sea (Maximus our Octopus)--why not reptile?  Thoughts and ideas welcomed :)
